His party on Tuesday night was the ground for Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone to call it a truce.<br /><br />After winning the Best Director statuette at <a href="http://bollywood3000.blogspot.com/search/label/56th%20Filmfare%20Awards%202011%20Photos"><b>Filmfare Awards</b></a> a few days back, K-Jo threw a party on Tuesday night to which many Bollywood celebs, many of who were not on talking terms with each other, were invited. Katrina and Deepika were among them.<br /><a name="more"></a><br />At the party, Deepika reportedly took the initiative and walked up to Katrina to end the chill that has been lingering between the two ever since Ranbir Kapoor broke up with Deepika unceremoniously and moved on to Katrina in 2009.<br /><br />Reports say Deepika told Katrina that she, too, has moved on in life and is at a very happy space presently (courtesy Siddharth Mallya) and she wants to forget all the unsavoury things that happened between them in the past. Katrina was a bit taken aback by Deepika’s straightforwardness but responded with equally friendly attitude.<br /><br />According to reports, Kat told Deepika: “I am very happy that you spoke to me. The load is off my chest.”<br /><br />All this while, the onlookers gawked at the two ladies, who, in no time, were seen chatting amicably.<br /><br />Who says patching up is difficult!

Deepika was never a shy woman and had no qualms in freely discussing her relationship status. This time, too, she raises the finger at Ranbir and cites that it was the guy (Ranbir) who trespassed the boundaries of faith thereby creating a rift that would be hard to heal.<br /><a name="more"></a><br />Speaking exclusively to a tabloid site, she confesses, “When I am in a relationship, I give it my all. I am totally committed and devoted. I am more giving, maybe because I am a Capricorn. I don’t expect the same back but somehow in all my relationships, it has been the guy who has strayed. You can ignore something if it happens once, but if it keeps happening, you have to realise that something is wrong.”<br /><br />Reportedly, their differences began after Ranbir commenced shooting with Katrina for their Ajab Prem Kii Ghazab Kahanii.
