The superstar blogged yesterday about Abhishek-Aishwarya meeting Warren Beatty at a store in LA. He writes, “Oh ! And incidentally they were getting fitted at a clothes store, for the Oscars Award ceremony for Sunday - Warren and Abhishek ! Ya , Abhishek and Aishwarya have been invited by the Academy to attend the Oscars on Sunday.”<br /><br />Director Ashutosh Gowariker is also invited and may attend the Oscars.<br /><a name="more"></a><br />By the way, <a href="http://bollywood3000.blogspot.com/search/label/A%20R%20Rehman?&max-results=4"><b>A R Rahman</b></a> is also going to be there as he is nominated in two categories. Aishwarya is planning a surprise 35th birthday for her husband, according to sources.<br /><br />The sources said, the friends and Aishwarya have planned an entire day of bungee jumping, white water rapids and zorbing since Abhishek is a complete adventure junkie.<br /><a name="more"></a><br />‘Abhishek’s friends plan to fly down to New zealand where he is shooting to surprise him. Abbas Mastan have decided to give the unit a break and celebrate his birthday in a big way. Since he loves adventure sports but hasn’t got the time to indulge in them thanks to his hectic schedule his friends decided to surprise him and have booked an entire day of interesting activities,’ a source told IANS.<br /><br />Abhishek, who will celebrate his 35th birthday tomorrow began his career with J.P. Dutta’s ‘Refugee’ (2000). He then went on to give a string poorly received films, but his performances in ‘Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon’ (2003) and Mani Ratnam’s ‘Yuva’ (2004) proved his mettle as an actor.<br /><br />The same year, he starred in ‘Dhoom’ his first commercial hit and in 2005, Abhishek, shot to fame with four movies that did well commercially – ‘Bunty Aur Babli’, ‘Sarkar’, ‘Dus’, and ‘Bluffmaster’.<br /><br />In 2007, the actor starred in ‘Guru’, receiving much acclaim for his performance, and the film emerged as his first solo hit. Later he went on to films like ‘Sarkar Raj’, ‘Dostana’, ‘Delhi-6′ and ‘Paa’ among others.<br /><br />The actor has a full kitty this year with four films ‘Game’, ‘Dum Maro Dum’, ‘Players’ and ‘Bol Bachchan’.

There's a very mischievous side to his personality, which has not been tapped in any film. And it was great fun. Somehow subsequent projects didn't work out.”<br /><br />She feels that she hardly knows Abhishek as both were complete different persons when they had first shared their screen space in ‘Sarkar’.<br /><br />Katrina says, “Now that we’ll be doing so much work together I guess the process of getting to know one another will happen automatically.”

We don't have any footage or pictures of Master Da. So I imagined his body language and matched it with Abhishek. And the outcome is in front of you all. In short, the core of this film is the young generation who took revolution to the zenith".<br /><br />Junior Bachchan sounded very excited on his new on-screen avatar of a freedom fighter.<br /><br />"Surjyo Sen is a natural hero. But such a great name has almost been forgotten. Sixty-four people showed resistance to the British rule, of which 55 were merely boys," said Abhishek.<br /><br />"Master Da is an iconic figure and each and every one should know his fight to independence. So to me, Ashutosh Sir has completely done justice by making a film on such a legend. Now the whole of India, rather the whole world will come in terms to what he did for India's independence," he added.<br /><br />The film is based on Chittagong Uprising of 1930.

The movie is about modern-day relationships. Abban's husband, famed cinematographer Kiran Deohans, is an executive producer on Abhishek starrer film Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey. Abban met Abhisek on the sets of this film while they were shooting their film in Goa in January. She narrated the script to him and he loved it.<br /><a name="more"></a><br />Abban knows Vidya since her modelling days. Abban adds, "I have shot many ads with Vidya, but not with Abhishek. So recently while I was shooting an ad with her, I narrated this script to her and that's how she came on board."<br /><br />Vidya and Abhishek were always Abban's first choice. She said, "Vidya is a very good actress with a rare vulnerability, while Abhishek has a persona that can pull off modern and western roles."

Ok, I think I'll go faint now!! Nervous" Abhishek tweeted early morning today.<br /><br />The film's unit was welcomed with stormy weather in the tourist hotspot, but the team was hard at work with the lead pair filming a dance sequence.<br /><br />"Dancing with atjuniorbachchan both of us are trying to make our long limbs shake gracefully."
